Works with patients of all ages.
Utilizes the evaluation of the patient’s rehabilitative needs to plan
the care, implement and document effective, appropriate and safe Physical
Therapy treatments. Each patient is
assessed by appropriate disciplines beginning at the time the patient enters
the facility and progressing through discharge. The patient’s relevant
physical and psychological status will be assessed.
